Arancini is an Italian dish consisting of rice balls with savoury fillings as well as cheese inside. They’re often served with an aioli or mayonnaise.

You can and will find arancini in many shapes and sizes. We serve arancini in 60g and 100g balls.

We proudly serve five delicious flavours: Bolognese, Spinach, Mushroom, Pumpkin + Feta, and our newly released flavour, Italian Sausage + Broccoli.

Yes, you can! When you have chosen raw or oven ready and the size of your pack (6/10/20/40) and then added it to your cart, you will be prompted to select the quantities per flavour.

Yes, all of our flavours are available as gluten free arancini. We require 48 hours notice to prepare all of our fresh arancini, but especially our Gluten Free version (as they are made to order, and for safety/contamination). Please order through the cart, and select Gluten Free in the Breadcrumbs option. All other ingredients inside the arancini are gluten free.

We offer our arancini in a variety of states of ‘readiness’. Depending on when you’d like to use them and how quickly you’d like to have them ready, you will find your preference.

Fresh raw arancini are whole, cooked (but not-yet-fried) arancini which ideally require deep frying at 170°C for 5-8 minutes for the golden brown crunch.

If you are using the oven or air fryer, the fresh raw arancini will need 25 minutes at 180°C. You can freeze any fresh arancini that you don’t use for up to 6 months, provided they have been refrigerated.

Our Oven-Ready arancini have been fried in our commercial kitchen and will only need 15 minutes reheating at 180°C. Exact cooking times will depend on your individual appliances. Please note that the golden crunch and texture is optimally achieved by deep frying.

Our Frozen arancini are in 500g and 1kg bags in single flavours and their cooking instructions are on the package.

Yes! We offer free delivery within 10 kilometres of our kitchen in Clyde North. Delivery fee applies for destinations beyond 10km radius. Please see Delivery + Collection for delivery details.

For our frozen packs, you can order any time through the online store and pick up Monday-Friday 7am-3pm and Saturday 7am-1pm. Please allow at least 2 hours for order confirmation in case The Arancini Mann is elbow-deep in arborio!

For our fresh arancini (raw and oven-ready), you need to order 48 hours before for pickup. If you would like delivery on our scheduled delivery day (Friday), you need to order by 3pm on the Wednesday. If you would like to pickup on Friday, you can order online by 3pm Wednesday, and for Saturday orders, by 3pm Thursday.
