ciao&g’day
We are Anthony Santoro and Mikaela Diiorio! We’re lifelong Melburnians, both with proud Italian family heritage.
We built The Arancini Mann in 2020 during lockdown, have since served thousands of arancini around Melbourne, and we are so excited to expand our horizons and get the balls rolling; handmade, delicious, authentic* arancini, fresh from our table to yours.
What’s the difference between ordinary arancini and great arancini?
Our answer:
Great arancini are packed with flavour, great ingredients, cooked with time and love. 🤌🏻
Browse our five arancini flavours here, as well as the grocery items and fresh handmade cannoli that we are excited to stock for other wonderful Melbourne businesses who love great Italian food as much as we do. Grazie molto!

Our Nonnas’ recipes, your dinner.
We grew up eating with our families, learning from our parents and grandparents, getting together with our families to harvest tomatoes for passata and debating where in town you get the best panettone. Aldi was best on ground last year. Who knew?
We were strong-armed into seconds and thirds by our Nonnas and kissed our aunties on the cheek before we said goodbye-and-thank-you-for-having-us. We want you to experience this richness, in flavour and at your table.
